I recently purchased this watch and it is a nice watch for the price. The problem is they do not understand military rank structure and will only send a watch with E7 rank Gunnery Seargenat only as that is what is in the picture was their reply. I ordered the product indicated the name, rank, and years of service. They did not fulfill the order as advertised nor the "customization" that was submitted the order. Their reply when they sent the item was that "We sent to you what was in the picture". Terrible customer service and comprehension. I have let all my Marine Corps friends know do not order this product as they do not deliver on what is being advertised. My father was a corporal in the USMC and served proudly only to be let down by this company not building as advertised or requested.

This watch is beautiful. The black stainless steel is so shiny. I didn’t know the dates that my fiancée was in the Vietnam war so I just had his name engraved on it. His birthday is coming up soon and I’ll give him the watch. Sure hope it works as great as it looks. Thank you for this sentimental item.
